Lessons for adults
Tense and hectic everyday joy of dance is a means to get rid of negative emotions and stress. Movement dance classes provides health and does not feel older than we are, providing comfort and energy future date. At the same time it is a wonderful opportunity to enjoy good music and dancing succumb to the charm. Each lesson is your well-being and power in a way which leads to forget everyday worries and concerns.
Adult class schedule consists of group sessions at least two times per week (rates), depending on the amount of people in attendance, individual classes for dancers wishes and agreed with the coaches.
